Does BillEase work without internet?
Yes — after a one-time setup, BillEase works 100% offline. It installs in your browser as an app (PWA) and lets you bill, print, and run reports with no internet connection. You only need internet for first-time license activation and optional updates.
Where is my shop's data stored? Is it private?
All your data is stored locally on your own device, in the browser's private storage — it is never uploaded to any company server. You stay in control and can take encrypted backups any time.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. BillEase does not charge a monthly cloud fee. You buy a license (3, 6, 9 or 12 months) and the app runs on your own PC — there's no server to rent and no per-counter cloud bill.
Is BillEase GST-compliant?
Yes. BillEase supports GST in inclusive and exclusive modes, mixes multiple slabs (5/12/18/28% plus exempt) on one bill, stores HSN codes, and prints A4 tax invoices. Tax is frozen at save time, so old bills always reprint with their original rates for audit safety.
